2022 Audition Season

Thank you for your interest in our ACGME accredited Osteopathically Recognized Internal Medicine residency program. For further information, please refer to the following links and audition information:

• Applications for virtual audition rotations will not be accepted before February 1
• Auditions will be held from July 17, 2023 through December 15, 2023.
• Auditions rotations are for two-weeks only

Your application information will be reviewed by the program director and chief residents before the rotation will be scheduled. You will be notified by email if we can schedule the dates that you requested. Due to the large volume of applications that we receive, please provide alternate dates if possible.

You do not need to audition to be considered for an interview. We will be accepting applications via the ERAS website and participate in the NRMP match.

Please note that auditions are only 2-weeks long. For schools requiring 4-week rotations; we are no longer able to supplement the 2-week audition rotation with an additional 2-week subspecialty rotation.

Many of our graduates have continued on to various fellowship programs.


NOTE: All newly appointed South Pointe Hospital Residents must attend two full weeks of GME Orientation at the end of June and prior to starting their training on July 1.  We also request that new Resident not schedule any time off in July as there are several additional mandatory Orientation sessions scheduled throughout the month.  Missing any portion of GME Orientation may delay the trainee's start date.
